I have been running these new heated batteries for a little over a week. They have been up to 100% twice and down to about 30% once. One of the ten batteries is now sending cell imbalance and low voltage errors to my Victron inverter/chargers. Suggestions as to what next to do / check? Do I take the battery out of the rack and get a replacement for it?
So I just received my server rack batteries and now that I am trying to insert them into the rack, I cannot get them past the busbar! Is there a way that I can get them in without damaging the enclosure? This is not an isolated incident. Help!

Thank you for the reply: Applicable to RX-LFP48100. I have that information. My tools continue to FAIL when trying to update. I am at LD10 currently and the EG4 seems to be combining and displaying a balanced reading. It seems to be working properly. Do I need to update?
Hi,firmware updates are generally improved to be compatible with more inverters. If there are no abnormalities in current use, you do not need to upgrade.

I have an older Outback GS8048A inverter, connected to 9.8kw of panels, and I just installed 14.5kw of panels connected to a sol-ark 15. I would like to have both inverters draw from a single RX-50kWH-HC; it’s ok if just the sol-ark is in charge of charging and maintaining the battery as long as both can draw down from the battery bank.
Is that possible? If so, specific guidance would be greatly appreciated.
