Excellent battery and sales!

The battery research we did for our latest project lead me to RUiXU. Working with them has been great, they answered all questions, gave us insight on how their battery works -- ordered one for testing and now we've ordered another five. I expect we will be installing these for the future. Great power, good BMS, we're in need of cold climate use so we go the units with the heaters. We did a teardown of the first unit and looks great. No issues, their support has been great!

I was very reluctant to place an order with Ruxiu. Rachel put me at easy with her quick response to any questions that I had. My 30kw battery bank arrived in less that a week from my order date. Everything was packaged excellent and it arrived in showroom condition and no missing parts. The rack is awesome and came completely assembled. I am 71 so it was a little difficult to load the batteries, but I managed without any issues. I plugged into my Growatt and things fired right up. Great company.

Order was received in 1 week from date of purchase. Products were very well packaged and in excellent condition. Even the 6 battery rack didn’t have a scratch on it! Would definitely recommend!
