So I just received my server rack batteries and now that I am trying to insert them into the rack, I cannot get them past the busbar! Is there a way that I can get them in without damaging the enclosure? This is not an isolated incident. Help!

Sounds like my closet after Thanksgiving! If only it could laugh at some Penn State jokes, maybe it wouldn’t hold such a grudge against my winter jacket.
Hi,please press the plastic clips on both sides of the busbar to remove the outer plastic cover. Then tilt the battery slightly to the left or right and slowly slide it into place.
