Unable to open software tool
Has anyone had problems opening the Battery Software tool V1.03. I was able to download the program, and open the tool, however no data is available even though the Cat 6 cable is connected to my USB port. Thanks

There really isn't anything to take a video of, when I click on 'RuiXUTools.exe nothing happens.
I set up another VM, this time Windows 11 .. loaded all the current patches, even added the .NET runtime. Same behavior.
There must be an undocumented dependency somewhere, have you guys tested this version on a fresh Windows install?
