1. Modified the strong charging: stop discharge when SOC drops to 5%, and trigger strong charging when SOC drops to 4%, with forced charging to 25% and stop.
2. Relaxing SOC calibration conditions.

Good question. I think retainer vs performance-based really depends on the store’s maturity. For smaller stores with limited cash flow, performance-based can be attractive since you’re not paying upfront for experiments that may fail. The ~50% test win-rate sounds realistic, not marketing fluff. Retainers make more sense once you already have traffic and want continuous optimization. Being 30–40% cheaper than US/UK agencies helps, but CRO is still an investment.
