Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither is anything worthwhile. Our Lithi2-16 project was initiated one year ago, it started as Lithi2-14.3 with the initial goal of creating a dream battery that would meet all users' needs with the utmost rigor. It needed to have the most reliable performance, the most convenient operation, and an appearance that could catch everyone the eye, all while showcasing our capabilities and becoming the flagship product of the RuiXu family. Prototype version 1: BMS is the brain of any LiFePO4 battery bank, we chose the BMS's overcurrent capability of 200A to meet the demand for higher power. then the process of exterior design and structural construction started, we overturned over ten design schemes, internal structural optimizations, component selections... After finalizing the structure, we began prototyping. Below is our first version video. Prototype version 2: Subsequently, we attempted to experience the product from the user's perspective and thereby discovered some issues: messy wiring, less intelligent display screen, insufficient brightness of RUiXU circle SOC indicator, and safety concerns with the handles during transportation. These issues led to the R&D team having multiple meetings to discuss  new solutions. As a result, we reorganized the wiring harness, opting for copper bars with higher reliability. the 4-inch display screen was upgraded to 5.3 inches for a clearer visual experience. Electrocoating technology was applied to the battery case. 4-inch display screen was upgraded to 5.3 inch Electrocoating technology was applied to the battery case Electrocoating, also known as electrostatic coating, e-coating, or electrophoretic deposition (EPD), is a process used to apply a protective coating to a metal substrate. It involves the deposition of a paint or resin onto a conductive surface through the use of an electric field. The electrocoating process is widely used in the production of automotive body shells. Prototype version 3: Perfluorohexane Module and Self-heating functions: based on feedback from the marketing, Perfluorohexane Module, and self-heating functions were added during the improvement process. A perfluorohexane module improves fire protection inside the battery pack for both electrical lines and cells, self-heating function can keep your battery charged in cold temperatures.  Prototype version 4: Throughout the entire process of product design and prototyping, we keep testing the highly successful 314Ah battery cells already applied in the market. According to our speculations, high-capacity battery cells will have a larger market and trend in home energy storage applications. Meanwhile, we are also very pleased with the test results of the 314Ah battery cells. Ultimately, we chose to use 314Ah battery cells that have already passed the UL9540 certification to make our final version sample. The model name was upgraded from Lithi-14.3 to Lithi-16.  3.2V314AH CELL:≥ 9500 cycles @ 80% DOD We invited technical experts from the SGS institution to inspect our product on-site to talk about the certification test CE, IEC, UL1973, UL9540, UL9540A, CEC...   Hope all the certifications can be approved next 6 months.   We are looking forward to your experience with our Lithi2-16.  FUMA WHEELS AND WALL MOUNTED FIXATION Clockwise rotation activates the wheels, allowing the battery pack to move. Connect Communication Cable • Communication Cable Use a standard RJ45/ T568B color code/ CAT5e Ethernet Cable(The maximum length is not more than 10 meters) Cut off one end of the T568B standard network cable and reconnect the RJ45 plug according to the following sequence in the diagram. The newly connected RJ45 plug is connected to the inverter. The original end is connected to the battery pack BMS. • Connect Connect the master battery C-up port to the Inverter Battery setting (Inverter Protocol chosen by ADD) • Master battery • Slave battery Inverter setting • Press and hold the “Enter” key for 3 seconds to access the main menu. • Using the up and down arrows, navigate to setting program 5(Some models are program 4, refer to the Inverter manual). Press the “Enter” key to change the setting. Using the up and down arrows, select the battery type as” LI b”. Press the” Enter” key to save the setting.

This article juxtaposes the lug connector with pluggable battery pole connector. As we shall see, though lug connector is priced lower than the pluggable battery pole connector, the latter connector trumps in many aspects, some of which are quite crucial in function and may shape the product lifespan. Divided into two main parts, the juxtaposition of the two devices sheds light on product structure, component material and respective working standard. Just by taking a glimpse of their silhouettes, we can find the more modest-looking lug connector leaves nuts and copper plates exposed on both ends. And they require manual screwing when connecting to the BESS and outer electricity-consuming devices, while the silver-plated pluggable connector nearly covers itself with only BESS connecting part exposed on one end and it doesn’t require manual screwing entirely. Actually, an entire pluggable battery pole connector is composed of two blocks and the orange-hued blocks have different interfaces with the black blocks. So it leaves no room for cross-mating. Besides the color, there is positive locking mechanism design on the pluggable connector preventing accidental disconnections. And still concerning its joint part, the mated connector system can be rotated 360°to simplify installation. One less observable fact about it is that with the housings, the pluggable battery pole connectors won’t be affected by dust, low-pressure water jets, condensation or water spray. But lug connectors are vulnerable to these potential hazards. Pertaining to the working standard, pluggable battery pole connector meets a wider range of working temperature. So it has wider environment application than lug connector. Another applauded side about the pluggable connector is its IEC rated identification for 120A and 1500V under DC. Press the “UP” or “DOWN” button to select setting programs to program 05. Press the “ENTER” button to enter the battery type setting, Press the “UP” or “DOWN” button to select the battery type as “Li” and then press “ENTER” to confirm. It will switch to Program 36, and choose the communication protocol as “L52”(If the Settings are incorrect, the battery pack will not be able to connect to the inverter). Press “ENTER” to confirm and then press the “ESC” button to exit.
